126 Ways Samsung Admits to Copying iPhone

Yesterday, I showed you what I considered to be the most damning evidence against Samsung in the copyright infringement lawsuit they’re battling in court as we speak. Now, this new internal Samsung document dumps a big bucket of gasoline on the fire. 

Samsung’s product engineering team put together a detailed report in 2010 - 126 items - showing where the Galaxy S falls short of the iPhone and what they need to do to fix it. The solution more times than not? Just copy the iPhone. The report is a side-by-side comparison, complete with screenshots of each, and specific notes on the superiority of iOS.

Call it the trump card, call it the smoking gun, call it whatever you want. But please, call the fire department too because this fire is raging out of control, and Samsung is in deep. (Actually, here’s a better idea!)
